Many clients leave coaching with valuable insights and the best of intentions yet find themselves slipping back into familiar patterns. The challenge is rarely a lack of motivation. It's that automatic habits and reactions continue to drive their behavior. In this session, executive coach, speaker, and author Miki Feldman Simon introduces the CORE Framework (Clarify, Operationalize, Reflect, Evaluate), a practical four-step methodology grounded in psychology, behavioral science, and three decades of leadership and coaching experience. CORE helps coaches guide clients beyond insight by giving them a structured process for moving from autopilot to intentional action. Rather than relying on willpower alone, clients learn how to clarify who they want to become, translate that vision into daily behaviors, reflect on their choices, and evaluate the gap between their intentions and their impact. As clients become more intentional in how they think, choose, and act, they strengthen their sense of agency and develop a sustainable practice they can continue using long after the coaching engagement ends. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Move coaching conversations beyond insight by helping clients translate awareness into intentional action.
  • Apply the CORE Framework to help clients clarify their values and priorities, define who they want to become, and create the intrinsic motivation to act in alignment with that vision.
  • Help clients recognize how they may get in their own way, increasing self-awareness, choice, and accountability.
  • Guide clients in turning their intentions into daily behaviors and evaluating the gap between their intentions and their impact.
  • Equip clients with a repeatable self-leadership practice they can continue using independently long after coaching ends.
