The Hogan Assessments are among the world's most respected, evidence-based personality assessment tools and are used globally for leadership development, executive coaching, and talent decision-making. Whether you're new to Hogan or looking to deepen your understanding, this conversation will provide a practical introduction and a fresh perspective on leading in the age of AI. Attendees will learn using data from the Hogan inventories to understand how clients are likely to approach AI technology - from strategy to execution and change management - in their businesses.
