This session is designed as a series of concurrent focus group discussions on the complex topic of culturally responsive coaching. Facilitated by members of the IOC community, participants will be invited to actively engage by rotating between tables for discussion, each dedicated to one of eight core themes: allyship, psychological safety, client diversity, limiting beliefs & internal challenges, external limitations & barriers, difficult conversations, growth and my why.

These conversations are designed to engage participants in a dialogue that encourages self-reflection, growth, and envisioning for the future of coaching.

The intention is to encourage a deeper understanding of the cultural and personal dynamics inherent in this field, offering a foundation for future research and practice toward the advancement of more inclusive and effective culturally responsive coaching methods.
