Dianne Vella-Brodrick

Dianne Vella-Brodrick (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology and Psychiatry at Monash University. She teaches and supervises research students in organizational psychology, health psychology, and positive psychology. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and College of Health Psychologists and is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching. She is the Secretary of the International Positive Psychology Association. Dianne was a founder and director of the Australian Positive Psychology and Well-Being Conferences in 2008 and 2010. She also co-founded and is a Director of the Emotion and Well-being Research Unit at Monash University. Dianne is a Co-Editor in Chief of the Psychology of Well-Being Springer open access journal. She serves on many advisory boards and her work in well-being is well published in scientific journals. Her research interests include the development and evaluation of positive interventions for enhancing well-being, including workplace well-being and school-based positive education and coaching programs.
