Join our LGBTQ+ Coaches and Allies Discussion Group, a dedicated space for coaches and allies committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. This group provides a safe, inclusive environment where members can connect, share experiences, and explore strategies for addressing issues related to identity, conflict, discrimination, and more.
Each Monday, members of our Fellow community meet to collaborate and discuss various coaching topics and resources. Our weekly group connects coaches from across the globe and meets at 12:00pm EST. Every other Monday the group will provide the opportunity for a fellow member to present. This could include presenting a topic, coaching model, professional work, client case, or asking the group a question for discussion etc. On the other weeks, the zoom session will be open for members to have an open conversation. In a world where growing expectations increasingly weigh heavy on a young person’s mental health, the understanding-divide between adolescents and adults seems to be getting wider. Concretely on a day-to-day basis, adolescents and parents and other adults in their lives are clashing with each other over mind and heart issues. No one seems to be able to “get” the other.
This is a group for those coaching healthcare professionals. It’s a place for networking, group learning, and support. Every month we focus on a relevant topic and/or engage in skill drills. Our goal is to grow together and improve our skills so that we can best serve the healthcare community.
We'd like to invite you to join us for an important discussion as this group will unpack and explore the myriad of opportunities and challenges of the higher education space and how to effectively coach within it, whether it be with university leaders, administrators, boards, faculty, staff, or students.
During this group we will discuss the role of emotional and spiritual intelligence in our mental health, wellbeing and soul beings as individuals and the team and a public health interest.
