This is a group for those coaching healthcare professionals. It’s a place for networking, group learning, and support. Every month we focus on a relevant topic and/or engage in skill drills. Our goal is to grow together and improve our skills so that we can best serve the healthcare community.
Coaches are trained to listen, but what exactly are we listening for, and how do we know whether our listening has changed the conversation?
Dive deeper into the research. Professional Fellows can speak with experts and discuss the research with this new IOC benefit.
This event is exclusively for Professional Fellows

What is the EMEA? The Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) brings together curious and creative coaches affiliated with the Institute of Coaching in the EMEA Region to explore new ideas, share experiences, and build relationships so that we can bring more value to our clients and develop ourselves.
In this interactive session, participants will explore their own inner experience of creativity through guided reflection, discussion, and applied exercises designed to increase awareness of how different creative thinking styles shape problem solving, collaboration, and creative friction. You need not identify as creative to benefit.
