Fellowship Eligibility and Requirements:
- Become a Member
- Complete 6 hours of IOC coaching science educational content.
- Verify your education and training background.
- You must meet at least two of the following requirements:
- Advanced Degree (beyond Bachelor’s) or Clinical License related to counseling, psychology, or psychotherapy, or healthcare (not accounting, law)
- Coaching Experience (100 hours of coach-specific training or supervision) within the last 5 years and proof of active coaching certification through specific certifying bodies
- Exceptional Contributions to Advance The Coaching Profession: Journal Publication, Teaching/Training, Work Publication, Reputable Speaking Engagements
- Legacy member who has been a continuously active fellow or founding fellow for 3 of the last 5 years (only valid for 2025-2026)
- You must meet at least two of the following requirements:
