This session discusses highly successful leadership training, coaching, and assessment programs conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, including use of 360 feedback and assessment tools, an ongoing coaching initiative for primary care resients, and a panel of senior physicians who have led and participated in executive coaching programs.
