One of the fastest growing forms of coaching in organizations is group coaching. Coaching teams (work team) and/or groups (a group of individuals) is a way for organizations to bring coaching benefits to more employees, expand the repertoire of coaches, and improve engagement, self and social awareness, and social cohesion. While group coaching evidence is limited, there is interesting new research to share.

They conducted a study of a group coaching intervention that demonstrated two important benefits: increased self-awareness and workplace engagement, while pointing to the need for further research.
