Does health coaching work? Summary of key themes from a rapid review of empirical evidence
Publication Date:
April, 2014
The Evidence Centre

This review was completed over a three-week period by The Evidence Centre for Health Education East of England (HEEoE). It complements the East of England Health Coaching Development Skills programme and evaluation. The review is based on studies principally relating to standalone health coaching services in the US whereas the approach in the East of England supports health coaching as part of a person’s usual care.
