In this workshop, Lisa will teach the 3A’s Model for Reaching Your Unstoppable Greatness: Agency, Assessment and Actualization to assist clients in defeating Imposter Syndrome within the context of organizational systems. While your client may have done the individual work from our first book “Own Your Greatness: Overcome Impostor Syndrome, Beat Self-Doubt and Succeed in Life” and be successful in dealing with the internal blocks and behaviors that reinforce the Impostor Syndrome, they can still be constantly challenged by a toxic environment, system or organization that benefits from their Impostor Syndrome. In this training, she will teach you some of the key aspects to focus on, after your client has done the work regarding their intrapersonal issues, to deal with systemic and organizational contexts that may continue to plague them. In the Agency phase, we will discuss how to reconnect clients to their lost or sometimes previously non-existent dreams, which occurs as a result of the search for external validation and people pleasing and help them build the skills to deal with the perfectionism and burnout that are often hallmarks of Imposter Syndrome. In the Assessment Phase, we will talk about the tools to help clients deal with complex and toxic systems and using their agency within it to create healthier spaces. In the Actualization Phase, we will explore the leadership pitfalls of Imposter Syndrome and how their clients can intentionally build cultures on their teams and organizations that proactively do not trigger Imposter Syndrome and create safety for all.
