Christina is a 20-year veteran of the Energy and Technology Sectors. She is a seasoned leadership coach who specializes in driving culture, purpose, and competency in organizations to achieve lasting change for the people they serve. Her powerful style of leading and coaching transforms businesses into “powerhouses” by sparking breakthroughs in personal leadership and staff motivation. Her mission is simple: to cultivate mastery, pride, and collaboration in every organization that she touches.

Christina spent her entire career building competitive advantage.  As a former director at Shell Oil Company, she built a corporate university from the ground-up that earned $69 million in in the first year. Through this work she defined a new culture and enabled the Shell Chemicals organization to transform into the highest grossing business unit within 5 years. More recently, she was the key advisor for an Energy + Silicon Valley partnership, which was developed to take advantage of new opportunities from digital technologies, data, and new ways of working. She is a certified executive coach and professional project manager.

Prior to that she was the architect of a high-tech Learning Immersion Center for an energy trading company and led strategic change initiatives in 8 countries around the world. Christina is an early adopter of technology and a major catalyst for change.

Christina holds a Masters Degree in Org Psychology from Columbia University, professional certifications from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and an Advanced Neuroscience and Coaching Credential from the Coaches Training Institute (CCPC).
