My coaching enables people and performance through cognitive and emotional development, helping to understand how the central nervous system drives everything we do. Bringing science to business, I coach individuals and teams to understand their brain design and function, and the relationship between wellbeing and performance. I develop growth and performance programs designed to meet individual and team needs. I am a certified neuro-coach and an accredited training partner with the International Coaching Federation.
