Alan Booth is an Executive Coach working with leaders at C-suite, Partner and Senior Operational levels to discern how they can be their best selves as leaders and apply this insight to advance toward business and personal outcomes they consider important.

Alan approaches each coaching engagement on its own merits, reflecting a client’s unique background, strengths, aspirations, goals and environment. Clients will experience coaching rooted in Alan's commitment to a safe, supportive environment of mutual respect and trust in support of self-discovery and new perspectives on themselves and how they lead.   In this context clients can uncover new perspectives in validated data and observation across intellectual, emotional and physical dimensions and apply these in service to their leadership aspirations and professional and personal goals.

Alan commits to his clients to be present and curious;  posing new questions and offering non-judgemental observation to support them to transform their understanding of themselves as leaders, recognise opportunities for greater impact and apply and sustain new leadership behaviours.
