Alexandra's work focuses on leveraging her clients' strengths so they discover how to make the best use of their capabilities and skills with a view to add more value, fulfill their potential at work and progress their career but also so that they may enjoy their work more. Her clients notably become better at engaging with others and collaborating more effectively. Working in partnership with Alexandra, her clients obtain measurable and sustainable results. 23 years spent in the corporate world where she held a large variety of senior roles and worked in global organizations of different sizes and cultures allow Alexandra to draw on a large body of knowledge and experience; her clients highly value and leverage off her in-depth corporate intelligence, notably around her track record as a line manager who developed herself into a leader.

Qualified as both coach and counselor, Alexandra came to coaching via her long-standing involvement in and passion for mentoring, which began during her university years. Her style uniquely mixes coaching and mentoring techniques, appropriately tailoring her approach to clients' individual needs. Alexandra also leverages her in-depth knowledge of mentoring by consulting on the design and structure of mentoring programs for corporate clients and associations.

She is a fluent French and English speaker, also able to converse in German and Spanish. Having learnt Japanese, studied Chinese and Japanese history and political science, and holding a Minor in Comparative Philosophy East and West, Alexandra particularly welcomes cross-cultural assignments.

Her practice relies on techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral approaches, positive psychology and several other fields in psychology, making for a varied tool kit. Her two latest university qualifications are in the field of neuropsychology. She holds a number of coaching qualifications and is an accredited practitioner in the Myers Briggs (personality) Type Indicator® Steps I and II, the Hogan Personality Inventory tools, and the Realise2 strength assessment, among others. She is accredited as Executive Coach by the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).

As such, Alexandra's work is based on her extensive hands-on experience, well-honed professional skills and a solid academic underpinning which combine with her passion and enthusiasm to make her professional development results inspiring, effective as well as long-lasting.
