Alfredo Carrasquillo is an executive leadership coach, psychoanalyst and organizational development consultant with a private practice based in Puerto Rico. For twenty years, Alfredo Carrasquillo combined his professional practice with his academic and research work as Professor of Graduate Studies at the University of the Sacred Heart in San Juan, where he teached courses and supervised research projects in the fields of Leadership and Organizational Development. In 1999, he was responsible for the creation of the first graduate degree program in Non-profit Management, in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

In January, 1999 he was selected by the International Development Conference, the James P. Grant Trust, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank as one of the sixty leading young social entrepreneurs in the world, becoming the sole Caribbean member of the Common Futures Forum.

In 2007 he was selected one of the ten members of the Top Ten Management for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, a selection made by Top Ten Management Spain of the ten most distinguished management consultants in the Caribbean region.
