Alicia Daugherty is founder and principal of Alicia Daugherty Coaching LLC, a leadership and executive coaching practice. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach via the Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) via the International Coaching Federation. She launched her practice after retiring from Comcast Cable as Vice President, Consumer Experience Transformation. Throughout her twelve-year career at Comcast, Alicia held executive positions in Customer Experience, Program Management and Field Operations.

Prior to joining Comcast, Alicia held senior roles at PECO Energy Company in Operations, Customer Service and Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware, an MBA from Villanova University and completed her coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute. Alicia completed the Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School, the Comcast Women in Leadership Program at Wharton and the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Alicia was recognized with the Connect Award from the WICT DC/Baltimore Chapter.

The proud parents of two grown children, Alicia and her husband Jim are award-winning homebrewers and reside in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
