Ali Farquhar is an Executive Coach and Principal of GTL Coaching and Consulting, a leadership development consultancy focused on the life sciences industry. Ali partners with C-Suite executives to build insight into what has made them successful and what limits their effectiveness. She works as a peer-to-peer thinking partner to help leaders process frank feedback, reflect on their leadership impact, clarify what they want, and develop a roadmap for growth. Using a combination of strong analytical skills and warm human intelligence, she supports clients to challenge old patterns of thinking and expand their repertoire as they stretch, experiment, learn, and grow.

Ali draws on a range of models and schools of thought in her coaching in order to meet diverse client needs. She is a credentialed “Immunity to Change” Coach, and certified to administer The Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment, the KPI (Key Polarity Indicator), the MBTI Step II, EQi 2.0, and several other leadership and cross-cultural assessments. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College (formerly MSPP).
