Healthcare Leader and Executive Coach

I love people (extrovert), learning, strategy and development - both in my career and personal life. My career interests and experience revolve around business development and project management in healthcare and hospital administration. I am a certified executive coach and practiced licensed professional counselor. Both experiences have honed my people and analytical skills - uniquely qualifying me to lead individuals and teams to accomplish defined goals. I can effectively work with many different personalities and professional levels - from line staff to C-Suite. I earned a Six Sigma Green Belt and particularly relish integration and development projects, as well as process improvement and process design. Facilitating growth and change is enlivening.

My earlier career experience was in management training, consulting, executive coaching and human resources in the business arena. In order to redirect my career to the healthcare/mental health fields, I earned a masters degree in Clinical Psychology, at Wheaton College (2002) and a license in clinical professional counseling. Today, I combine skills from all of my experiences in my work.
