Amy Lankenau McPherson has a background in Organizational Development and Work-Life Consulting. With a BA magna cum laude in Psychology from Wellesley College and an MBA in Organizational and Strategic Management from the Wharton School, Amy brings over two decades of professional experience to her new role as an Executive and Career Coach. At Wharton, Amy was selected as a Leadership Fellow coaching students on key principles of leadership and teamwork. Her major interest is in working with the whole person to achieve the client's potential as well as integrate work and life priorities. As a mother of three teenagers, Amy knows well the role of negotiation, creativity, and flexibility in family life as well as professional life. Amy stays current on trends in coaching, constantly reviewing information in the coaching field as well as attending industry conferences, webinars, and networking events. Amy has worked for major clients including Walt Disney World, Bank of America, Biogen, and TJX - she understands the complexities and challenges of the corporate world. Having also worked as a stay-at-home mom for select periods of time, Amy is passionate about the joys and satisfactions of raising active and engaged children. Amy believes it is possible to "have it all" while recognizing that in the trade-offs of life, it is not always possible to "have it all" all at once. Amy also is a true believer in the chances for joy in pursuing a rich and meaningful life.
