Amy Warshawsky is a Mentor and Leadership Coach and a mind-body expert.

She has helped many high performing individuals and groups across a wide

variety of industries — including advertising, automotive, biotech, finance,

insurance, marketing, pharmaceutical and high tech — to strategize next steps in

their professional and personal lives, transition with clarity and ease, and express

themselves with resolve as they stand certain and strong in their beliefs. Her

areas of specialty include leadership development, personal branding and executive presence,

mindfulness and conflict resolution.

     Amy is passionate about partnering with clients who are yearning to make a change in their lives

and create an impact on the professional and personal lives of others. She coaches her clients

with a special emphasis on waking them up to to their values, inner strengths and awareness.

From her experience both teaching facilitation and facilitating groups, Amy embraces the magic

of heightened energy, focus and the added support and accountability of the community to

make individual visions and goals a reality. She offers trainings and workshops as well as one-on-

one mentoring and coaching for individual leaders and leadership teams to bring better

communication and strategic intention within or across teams. Topics include: executive

presence, career transitions, leadership development, difficult conversations, building

confidence, limiting beliefs, inner critic and inner resources, work / life balance, mindfulness and

self care.

     As a movement and self defense instructor, she brings a unique awareness and

expertise of the mind-body connection to empower her clients and utilizes these tools in addition

to more traditional coaching, neuroscience and psychology to enable personal transformation.

     Amy has held corporate, not-for-profit and coaching positions over the past 25 years, including

those in major community events planning, marketing and public relations. In addition to working

with private, corporate and group coaching clients, she is a Mentor Coach for the Kresser

Institute, an international functional health coaching program with more than 1,000 coaches

trained; a Leadership Coach and Coach Assessor for Sayge; and developed and led a pro-bono coaching

initiative in the education sector for the International Coach Federation Foundation. She is also a

founding partner of BNA Mentor Coaching offering individual, group, and corporate team

training and workshops.

     Amy received a Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelors of Arts from

Cornell University, and is certified as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International

Coach Federation, as a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training

Institute, as an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC) by the Kresser Institute and

as a as a Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) by the National Board of Health and Wellness

Coaches. She holds a Professional Certificate in Creativity, Imagination and Leadership from

Lesley University’s Expressive Therapies Program. She is also trained in facilitative leadership, group facilitation and non-violent communication.
