Andrew is a Talent Leader and Leadership Coach based in Houston, Texas. He works with senior leadership teams in global, growing companies to design talent strategies and leadership development solutions focused on elevating and sustaining organizational performance. He helps his clients diagnose, architect, and implement large-scale change and growth initiatives linked to culture, leadership, and performance. Andrew brings particular experience in developing corporate leaders at scale and has deep expertise with the special needs of research and technology leaders.

In addition to his consulting work, Andrew is an executive coach through the INSEAD Business School MBA program, and World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellows program, and within Fortune 500 companies such as ExxonMobil, Vestas, and Heineken. He is a member of the Institute for Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School.

Andrew brings a global perspective from his experience working in emerging and frontier markets. He has lived and worked in Australia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, and Kazakhstan. He was based in Dubai for seven years supporting highly complex, commercially material, politically sensitive joint ventures. He has worked on the Navajo Nation in Arizona and designed and delivered competency-based workforce training programs in remote Aboriginal communities in Central Australia.

He has a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of South Australia.
