Executive Development and Strategic Coaching
Building portfolio of executive development offerings for vice president+ levels in recently formed Executive Development and Operating Unit (OU) Learning team. Consulting with internal partners and external vendors to establish standardized executive development offerings. Developing and conducting pilots for global, scalable solutions and targeted leadership development solutions for senior leadership teams. Coaching individuals in strategic talent groups and continuing to partner with Coaching Center of Expertise to democratize coaching and support internal coach development.

Recent roles and areas of focus:

Internal Executive Coach & Leader of Internal Coach Community of Practice
Delivered evidence-based coaching to 50+ exceptional leaders across enterprise. Led professionally trained internal Coach Community of Practice (CoP) – 70+ directors and vice presidents (business and HR leaders). Focused on expanding internal coaching offerings that were global, scalable, and leveraged internal coaches and sustained internal coaching quality. Introduced mentor coaching and coaching supervision and launched group-based coaching supervision pilot with vendor partner in 2022. Received Medtronic’s HR Stewardship Award 2019 and the International Coach Federation (ICF) Minnesota Chapter PRISM Award in 2018.

Program Manager and Mentor
Built Unconscious Bias learning portfolio of offerings through vendor partnership to reinforce the related leadership development curriculum’s online training component.  Guided design, development and launch of content for internal online portal resources for self-service used by global HR and managers; internally developed and delivered workshops to supplement core training; and vendor delivered sessions. 15+ large-group events delivered reaching over 2500 employees.  This work contributed to MDT receiving the 2020 Catalyst Award.

Program Designer, Developer and Manager
Designed, developed and deployed high-impact Medtronic Women’s Network (MWN) Empower Your Voice – Build and Project Confidence workshop and Train-the-trainer for global delivery. Team consisted of volunteers passionate about the topic and interested in developing skills and experiences. Transitioned program management for local delivery and subsequent global offering. Reach = 1000+ participants and increasing. Received Medtronic’s HR Stewardship Award 2017 and contributed to MDT receiving the 2020 Catalyst Award.

Since joining Medtronic in 2006, Anne Marie has held various leadership and consulting roles for business critical initiatives focused on increasing individual, team, and organization effectiveness through integrated and collaborative organization change efforts.  These change efforts included large scale business transformation, organization design and development, culture change, leadership and team development, and quality education initiatives to build individual and organizational capabilities.  Several of these have been/are being leveraged for enterprise-wide adoption.
