Work on Progress coaching focuses on transformation and behavioral change. We develop programs that support people to achieve professional or personal goals or a combination thereof. Work on Progress offers compact programs with an average of four sessions. A meeting at the start and end of the coaching sessions together with the coachee and his/her manager can be part of the program.
In coaching, people often gain insight into their fixed patterns and take responsibility to develop new behaviors that support their further professional growth. Key concepts include leadership, brain based coaching, action and results, behavior and consequences, commitment, transformation, trust, recognizing behaviors and integrating new behaviors.
