As an executive leadership coach and CEO of Anthony Brock Group, Tony and his team partner with successful people to create positive, long-term change in leadership behavior in order to enable next level performance for leaders, teams, and organizations.
He joins Clients in the leadership arena with 25+ years experience as a former U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer, Naval Attaché (Hong Kong and Macau), senior advisor to executive leaders, and a practicing executive. He's been privileged to work directly with U.S. Navy SEALs, admirals, generals, and senior executives to deliver decisive competitive advantage under the most challenging conditions. This formative experience forged his view of leadership as a privilege and tremendous talent multiplier, which is responsible for providing resources and removing obstacles in order to enable team success against a shared vision, mission, goals and objectives. His experience includes coaching and senior advisor partnerships with leaders and managers at Marriott International and Capital One (during his Georgetown University coursework), U.S. and allied governments, intelligence services, U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, academic and research institutions, commercial businesses, security, law enforcement, health, continuity of operations institutions, and professionals in career transition.
Tony earned a MBA from University of Maryland; a BA, International Relations from University of Florida; and completed Chinese (Mandarin) via the Defense Language Institute. He volunteers as a Board Member, Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) (Dept of the Navy); coaches transitioning veterans with The Honor Foundation, and serves a Blue & Gold Officer with the U.S. Naval Academy as an admission's advisor. He lives with his wife, Susan, in Alexandria, Virginia.
