Bala is a HR Leader, strategic advisor, organisational coach, management trainer and leadership facilitator to Business and HR Leaders, Technology Leaders and teams. He firmly believes in creating and sustaining 'Culture, Collaboration and Co-creation' that are aligned with organisational strategy, through Coaching & Consulting and HR Leadership. He mentors and provides supervision services to coaches.

He consults, coaches, mentors, trains and supports leaders, various stakeholders and teams in the areas of Organisational/Team Culture change, transformation and development, Enterprise Agile People Transformation, adoption of Agile HR/Leadership practices, Systemic Team Coaching and Large Scale Systems change processes in HR especially in Technology (driven), R&D, Software organisations. He held various senior leadership roles such as Global HR Director/Business Partner, European Regional HR Director, Global and Asia Management Development (Leadership) Director. He served in organisations such as Philips, NXP Semiconductors, Ericsson Technologies, Nokia and others in attracting and building Leadership and high-tech talent, HR Excellence and M&A.

He is a certified and accredited Senior Practitioner Leadership and Executive Coach with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Enterprise Agile Coach with IC Agile. He is also a certified consultant, facilitator and trainer in Organisational Transformation, Culture and Values, Agile Leadership, Agile HR and DevOps / SAFe.
