Ben is a multi-award winning entrepreneur who specializes in the Executive and Leadership Coaching profession. He is the Founder of the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS), Co-Founder of The Global Team Coaching Institute, ACE and 5 other active companies including WBECS philanthropic arm, EthicalCoach.

Last year Ben's company The WBECS Group was named the fastest growing Education company in the UK in the INC 5000.

Ben has now embarked on his most ambitious project to date - Ethicalcoach.org. An organization that helps charities/NGOs build organisational capacity and serve more of the underserved, through leadership coaching. 

EthicalCoach delivered it's inaugural project at the United Nations in Ethiopia. The 2 day EthicalCoach NGO Leadership Summit saw 400 NGO leaders come together for a series of talks and high level workshops with an international and local team of coaches. Between them they support more than 9 million Ethiopians.
