With a diverse background as an executive, experienced entrepreneur, and professor working in the fields of strategic communications and leadership coaching, I leverage my business knowledge with my coaching expertise to drive clients and teams to a higher level of professional and personal success - achieving their objectives. This isn't a willy-nilly approach but a data-driven approach in which clients right away will have a better understanding of who they are and how they operate: their strengths, areas to improve or blind spots, what creates energy or depletes it, and more. With this knowledge, we will work together to find an approach to achieve your objectives in a way that works for you. 

My background? I've been an individual contributor, front-line manager, director, executive, entrepreneur, consultant, professor, and leadership and team coach. By the way, leadership and team coaching are my passion and checks the box of self-fulfillment by truly helping others. After more than two decades of working in high-stress positions and industry, working with some amazing people along the way, it is a great place to be.
