As a corporate lawyer and former financial services professional who transitioned into executive coaching, Brandon has an appreciation of the demands placed on clients dealing with complex issues that could significantly impact their organizations.

Brandon collaborates with clients during times of transition, such as managing an increasingly complex regulatory and compliance landscape, motivating a post-COVID workforce, and adopting AI and other advanced technologies. He helps clients clarify their most important objectives and devise and implement pragmatic strategies to meet them amid the backdrop of uncertainty.

Brandon has coached individuals and teams operating in various sectors, including in legal, financial and other professional services, and the majority of those clients conduct business globally. In addition to addressing risks in the evolving business environment, these clients often seek effective ways to manage and engage a diverse and global client and stakeholder base.

Brandon is also regularly engaged to assist leaders to increase their global awareness and their ability when addressing a diverse audience to clearly convey a message, persuade others and build meaningful relationships. In doing so, he leverages his own experiences living and working in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Brandon’s coaching style aligns with the principles of the International Coaching Federation, emphasizing the creation of a confidential and non-judgmental environment that allows clients to consider their objectives freely. He also provides clients a forum to receive candid feedback that they may not otherwise hear from direct reports and peers. And above all, he encourages his clients to insert an element of fun into whatever they do.

Brandon holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Harvard Law School.
