Since 1999 I have worked as a coach for top managers and top-level leadership teams.  My clients include DAX 30 corporations and market-leading SMEs from all industry sectors, as well as healthcare service providers and professional services firms. 

A lawyer by training, I gained extensive industry experience during my 14 years at Treuhand, in congress management, and at McKinsey & Company. I then laid the foundation for my premium coaching service by completing substantial further training at renowned institutions, focusing on psychological counseling techniques, MBTI®, change management, and team building.
