Carlos is a leadership consultant, executive and team coach who works internationally in multi-cultural environments across all industries but with a deep expertise on Financial Services. He is an expert in leadership, high-performance teams, group dynamics, team dysfunction, and change. Carlos works one to one and with teams.

Carlos style is rooted on the clinical approach and revolves around the developing of high trust, high collaborative relationship and then diving into what choices the client need to make. Usually this means looking at: who you are, what you feel, how you think and how these match, (or don’t) with what you need to do.

Carlos has over 20 years international board level and senior management experience. He has worked with the best consulting firms and financial services institutions across six continents based in London, New York, Miami, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires his hometown. He contributes his expertise, both in the field of behavior and effectiveness of individual leaders and leadership teams and in the field of regulatory environments that determines theirs various roles and task.

Carlos enjoys teaching and lectures extensively at executive and master level as a Guest Lecturer at IAE Business School – teams and board dynamics – and at VU Universiteit Amsterdam School of Management – organizational change development -. He is actually researching on how hidden emotions impact on the dynamics of top management teams and boards.
