I have over 25 years of experience in line and staff management including Honeywell Manufacturing Plant Manager and BBN Technologies Director of Operations (software development and professional services) and VP Talent Management.

I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) and I am certified in the following assessment tools: Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360 and LCP Collective Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); Management Research Group’s (MRG) Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360 and Sales Performance Assessment (SPA), Lominger VOICES 360 and Center for Creative Leadership's (CCL) 360 Assessments.

My education includes a Master in Business Administration degree from Boston College, a Master of Education degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor degree from the University of Connecticut.
