Cath Grealy has over three decades of experience as a teacher, an Education Officer, a work  performance  Coach and a Consultant  across Education  Queensland and  Brisbane Catholic  Education. 

COACHING  

Cath is in her twelfth year of working as an Education Officer. Through this work she has  

discovered her love for the coaching process. She trained through Growth Coaching  

International and is an accredited Course Facilitator for them.  Cath coaches Principals,  

Primary Learning Leaders/Heads of Curriculum, as well as private clients. 

CONSULTING 

In 2016, Cath began facilitating The Art and Science of Consulting Course for new and experienced Education Officers. This has been a new and exciting direction, as professional learning had not previously been specifically designed for those in consultancy positions.  

Cath has recognised that, consultants need to develop their ability to work with other professionals. The course she facilitates creates a workforce that is highly capable in leading change, problem solving and promoting initiatives. 

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING DESIGNER 

Cath has developed a range of Professional Learning models for Brisbane Catholic Schools. Her philosophy is to deliver professional learning that relates to the classroom; she builds in accountability, and follows up with coaching. She is well known for her humorous presentation style and communicating with integrity and empathy. 

INTERESTS 

Outside of education, her current obsession is dragon boat paddling and she is currently in training for the 2018 World Championships in Hungary. Sadly, this has meant that her other obsession, good food, has had to give way.
