Executive Coaching

For the past decade plus, I have greatly enjoyed working as executive coach to an accomplished and diverse clientele of C-suite leaders (and those in succession) interested in growing their leadership competencies and professional effectiveness.    Typically I work through referral, one-on-one, providing executive coaching services customized to their particular requirements and the public or private ecosystem in which they operate.   In providing these services I try to bring competence, curiosity and caring focused on helping these wonderful individuals learn and achieve the meaningful results they are after.  And, we have fun doing so!

Prior to making executive coaching the focus of my professional life, I spent a couple of decades as a successful executive and advisor accruing broad and deep experience working with top management and their executive teams, across various sectors and organizational forms.   Most of this work dealt with complex business strategy, organizational development, and governance matters, often of a sensitive nature.

In addition to my executive coaching practice I enjoy supporting, as a mentor and coach, university students and leaders of small social and environmentally-oriented NFPs.
