Colleen Boselli is a leadership coach who focuses on empowering and inspiring executives to maximize their strengths -- as a means to optimizing their leadership and management skills. She has 25+ years of noteworthy experience as a corporate leader, consultant and business coach. She has had a thriving executive coaching and training practice since 2001.

Colleen works with clients in a wide range of industries, and across many cultures and multiple continents. She recently returned to the U.S. after having lived in the U.K. for six years.

A meaningful prior background in marketing and advertising equipped Colleen with strong skills in leadership branding, relationship management, persuasive communication, strategic thinking and effective teamwork. She is very powerful with audience analysis, logical reasoning and idea generation. Colleen spent the first 15 years of her career working for worldwide advertising agencies, J. Walter Thompson, DDB and Havas Arnold Worldwide (all in the United States). Initially holding a client service role, Colleen quickly moved into agency management, leveraging her skills in leadership and strategic thinking.

Colleen’s strengths-based approach to coaching is rooted in a deep commitment to the principles of Positive Psychology.

Current or recent clients include executives working in high technology/search, internet/social media, financial services, education, advertising, retail, biotech, FMCG and academia. Colleen has a degree in Speech Communication and a Business Coaching Accreditation from London-based Meyler-Campbell, a program accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaching. Colleen is credentialed by the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) with the Realise2 strengths assessment tool and works in a consultant capacity to this organization (see www.cappeu.com). A resident of the Boston area, Colleen is married with four highly-spirited children.
