FSScaseworks is a web-based case management and performance tracking system with emphasis on customer service and client relationship development.  We use the latest information available on personal growth and development to help housing agency staff lead their residents to accept challenges, grow and achieve. 

Every Family Self-Sufficiency tenant has a roadmap for change, or ITSP. Our FSS Service system offers a method to help more Participants realize that change.
