I help emerging and established executives step into top-level leadership roles with all-in confidence. As an organization development practitioner, I have the passion and knowledge to optimize leadership effectiveness and resiliency within my client organizations.  My purpose is simple: “I believe in helping people be their best so they can live more productive, happier lives."

With more than 30 years of experience as an internal/external consultant, I understand what it takes to deliver results in challenging and complex environments. My areas of expertise include executive leadership coaching, succession planning and talent management, and strategic visioning.
