Rob’s expertise continually expands at the intersection of founding multiple startups, coaching Fortune 500 executives, driving social impact, and neuroscience research. His multidisciplinary expertise has evolved through more than 20 years of experience in youth development, applied and performing arts, cross-cultural missions, spirituality and transformation, direct sales, distributed leadership, training and facilitation, coaching and mentoring, entrepreneurship, wellness, sustainability and social innovation, creative problem-solving, consulting, applied neuroscience and cognitive fitness, humanitarian action, and the pursuit of the greater good. Rob is a polymath who loves to see the connection between disparate concepts and to cross-pollinate ideas from multiple disciplines to solve problems and create socially responsible enterprises.



A self-directed learner, Rob passed straight to Dual PhD in Organizational Neuroscience + Doctor of Applied Leadership in Sustainability (c), without completing a bachelor's/master’s degree. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School. He’s also undertaking advanced executive education at the MIT Sloan. Rob has also been conferred a Doctor of Divinity (h.c.).



The company he founded, BrainX, provides measurable, neuroscience-based programs enabling leaders to build a brain-friendly organization that fosters creativity, collaboration, innovation, adaptability, and high performance. He is the first i4 Neuroleader Certified Trainer in Southeast Asia. BrainX also seeks to advance the applications of neuroscience in education, business and society.



Rob is among the Associate Coaches of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching— a very select group of coaches working personally with the No.1 Leadership Thinker Marshall Goldsmith in global coaching projects. Rob delivers guaranteed, measurable results in leadership growth using a proven process endorsed by Fortune 500 leaders.



Rob and his wife Celina are recipients of the 2019 Philippine Country Vision Award for leading initiatives to help build happier and healthier communities. Rob has also been actively involved in various projects aimed at developing innovation ecosystems across the Philippines.
