Eduardo Motti MD CEC graduated in Medicine in 1978 and completed residency in infectious diseases, working at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 1984, he joined Merck Sharp & Dohme, and started a career in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a medical leader for different teams in Brazil, and internationally. He also worked at Eurotrials, Schering AG, Pfizer and Aché, forming and leading multiprofessional teams, especially in clinical research. In 2012 started a consulting company: Trials & Training, and was certified as an Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada in 2013. Since then, Eduardo has worked with many professionals and teams to provide coaching, mentoring and team training for various health care professionals, who want to make the best use of their technical skills in the corporate world.
