I’m an Organisational Psychologist and Certified Executive Coach with 15+ years of experience at Uber, Tesla, and the leading executive search firms Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart. I'm educated in HR Management, Neuroscience, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Non-Violent Communication, and Leadership Coaching for Organisational Performance, and currently undergoing a four years post-graduate program in Gestalt Psychotherapy (European Certificate of Psychotherapy). I'm certified in Hogan Assessments Systems and Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0 for teams and individuals.
