Enrique J. Zaldivar is author of Your Unique Cultural Lens: A guide to cultural competence, professor of leadership coaching at Georgetown University (US), executive coach at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University (UK), and founding partner, Inspired-Inc. He is convinced that effective leaders create culturally appropriate conditions for organizational success that produce results as well as sustainable, effective, and rewarding workplaces.  His results-based approach to consulting and coaching (Inspired Leading) emphasizes harnessing the creative energy between being authentic and being accountable.


He has worked with over 10,000 leaders in 50 countries in a wide range of sectors, and has individually coached over 1,000 C-level executives, VPs, and leaders in industry, technology, the arts, elected office, large multinational- and midsize-companies, non-profit organizations, supra-nationals, and governments. An aspiring “Renaissance man”, he practices Qigong and meditation daily, enjoys hiking, music, reading, and painting oil canvases, and is currently learning to ride horses. He is the proud father of two and grandfather of two granddaughters.


Enrique serves at the boards of: the OD Review, and CityDance.  Also, he has served at the boards of the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Group Relations, the International OD Association, the Chesapeake Center for Public Leadership, and the Montgomery County Public School’s Advisory Committee.


He received a: BS in Civil Engineering from La Salle University, MS in Operations Research and PD in Management Science & Finance, both from George Washington University, and Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.  He is also certified to administer several 360 and psychometric instruments. Enrique is fluent in English and Spanish.
