Erek Ostrowski is the founder and principal of Verve Coaching, a Boston-based coaching consultancy dedicated to helping executives, small businesses, individuals, and teams adopt new thinking and behaviors that lead to unprecedented results.

An organizational and executive coach with over thirteen years of professional experience, Erek’s broad expertise in small business operations and finance, management and leadership training, communication, and organizational culture, provides a foundation for his unique coaching methodology: a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based approach that is both organic and adaptive. He engages clients in a process of inquiry, choice, and action -- challenging their assumptions, inspiring commitment, and developing new capabilities that allow people to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Erek’s client work encompasses a diverse range of audiences, from health and fitness industry professionals, to biotechnology firms, global retailers, universities, and leaders in the operations research field. He is also deeply passionate about working with entrepreneurs and emerging enterprises, and has developed an ongoing group coaching program for Boston area small business owners.

Holding credentials with both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), Erek has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lesley University and a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. He is currently a Doctoral Student in the Human and Organizational Development Program at Fielding Graduate University, and is also an active member of the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching (GSAEC) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
