Dr. Erek J. Ostrowski is an executive coach, consultant, author, and coach educator. His 23+ years of experience includes coaching executives, entrepreneurs, peer groups, and leadership teams.  He is also recognized for his pioneering research on peer group coaching in entrepreneurial firms.

Erek’s approach to coaching is adaptive and multidisciplinary, focusing on creating an open and collaborative learning environment for clients to explore meaningful issues, choices, and challenge. Erek’s coaching and consulting focuses on helping business leaders navigate challenges related to growing and scaling their organizations; creating vibrant peer learning networks that develop leaders, foster engagement, and accelerate learning; and designing/implementing coach training and education programs.  Erek celebrates humor, kindness, trust, and autonomy in the coaching relationship by helping clients learn to honor their instincts, leverage their strengths, and make choices they can own completely and authentically.

In addition to his work with client organizations, Erek leads a master’s concentration in Leadership Coaching at the University of Pennsylvania.  He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change, a M.A. in Human and Organizational Systems, and B.S. in Management.  He is credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), and serves as a board member for the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC). Recent publications include Using Group Coaching to Foster Reflection and Learning in an MBA Classroom and Innovations in Leadership Coaching: Research and Practice.  In 2017 he received a Harnisch Fellowship from the Institute of Coaching for his original research on navigating entrepreneurial challenges through group coaching.
