She developed the majority of her career in major international projects like the EXPO 92 and Universal Studios Port Aventura theme park. After many years focusing in management and startups, she starts her dedication to the Executive Coaching and strategic Leadership, including researching in specific topics and sectors. Her twenty years working in international companies and a great passion to learn and help individuals, imbues her coaching to encourage them to take the best of themselves, achieving their goals and developing their strengths.
