Frank Rosinia obtained his doctor of medicine from Louisiana State University in 1983.  He is board certified in anesthesiology, completed a fellowship in Obstetric Anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a Master in Health Care Management from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health.  Frank has had experience with multiple leadership roles in academic medical centers, co-founding a large anesthesia management company that employed over 300 providers and C-suite senior executive experience in a large health system.  Leadership roles include work as a Department Chair, Chief Quality Officer, and is currently a board member in several organizations.

Frank is passionate about professional development and well-being.  He has established leadership programs for physicians and basic science faculty in several business schools.  He has led organizational development initiatives and created programs for well-being and resilience.  Frank is currently completing a program in executive coach at the Hudson Institute to assist physicians, academic faculty and health care leaders in their professional development.
