Hello to you! My name is Giulia. I have been coaching scientists for two years and doing research for five as a molecular and plant developmental biologist.

As a Cambridge PhD student, I experienced the highs and lows of demanding scientific research. To address the lows, I was inspired to get involved in several initiatives to support researchers’ well-being, creativity, and productivity.

Now, based in Boston, I am using my experience to help researchers from other competitive institutions understand how their ingrained thoughts direct their behaviour.

Through an evidence-based approach, I aid researchers choose alternative thinking patterns to achieve their desired results.
