Heather Bordo is an accomplished strategic business facilitator, advisor, consultant and executive coach who partners with senior leaders and their teams to enable growth, change and success.  With experience working with Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies spanning a range of industries, functions, and organizations, Heather has built a reputation for innovative, trusted, high quality support of organizations needing to make strategic shifts. Her diverse experience allows her to bring a broad perspective to developing and implementing strategies to deliver real results in leadership performance and operational change.  Development and aligned implementation of growth plans, successful realization of new operating and distribution models and realization of inventive opportunities and efficiencies based on strengthening key stakeholder relationships are some examples of business outcomes Heather has enabled clients to achieve. 

 Heather’s approach is supported by her roles coaching participants in the Accelerated Leadership Program at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, as well as teaching in the Executive Management Program at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and in the Executive Development Program at the Rotman School of Business in Toronto.  Heather is a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation, holds a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.  Heather has served as a volunteer board member for a number of non-profit organizations, and is currently a member of the Marketing Committee for 360°kids.
