Ingrid is an experienced Executive Coach & Consultant who has worked with individuals and teams in the public and private sectors as well as research and consulting in relation to enhancing the performance of human systems, with an emphasis on qualitative approaches.  Ingrid completed the Master of HRM & Coaching Psychology with Dr Anthony Grant & Dr Michael Cavanagh at The University of Sydney Australia in 2004. Since then she has been involved in programs at the university as a researcher, facilitator, tutor and coach.  Studies have included the ARC Leadership in High Stress Workplaces Project, the Harvard funded Coaching Ripple Effect project, a study of wellbeing and the built environment and an exploration of the impact of leadership and group coaching in a healthcare setting.  She is a proud member of a Developmental Coaching community of practice who have been meeting to practice, research and grow together since 2008.  Their narrative research on Developmental Coaching received an Honorary Mention at the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School conference in 2012.
