James L. Roussin has worked as an assistant superintendent, adjunct professor and language arts teacher.

Jim has authored numerous articles and he is the co-author of three books: Implementing Change Through Learning: Concerns-Based Concepts, Tools, and Strategies for Guiding Change (2013) & Guiding Professional Learning Communities: Inspiration, Challenge, Surprise, and Meaning (2010) and recently published; Transforming Teamwork: Cultivating Collaborative Cultures.
