I am a professional coach who partners with clients to explore ways to be creative, tap their strengths, develop professionally, lead authentically, and cultivate high-performing teams. At the heart of my coaching is my conviction that work is too important to be dull, boring, and energy-depleting. I work with leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo. My clients bring their experience, vision, ideas, and curiosity. I bring deep listening, optimism, curiosity, and the ability to draw out insights from the patterns I observe.  Together, we identify creative options and outline paths for change, and test those ideas with experiments in the real world.

In my role as associate faculty member of SeattleCoach, I partner with leaders by developing them to become great coaches. I also provide mentor coaching for coaches applying for or renewing their ICF certification.

Having previously worked for 20+ years in the technology industry, I have experience of how innovative organizations work, and how individuals and teams work well (or not) within them. I’ve also managed teams in a changing environment while keeping individuals engaged and productive.

I served on  the board of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), where I worked with other professionals who are committed to the development of individuals, teams, and organizations.

I have a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology and hold certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, the Personal Directions Inventory (PDI), Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA),  Conflict Dynamics Profile, Teams that Work Plus and the WiLD (Whole Intentional Leadership Development) Toolkit.  I'm also a certified Coach and Mentor Coach and work with coaches to hone their craft.
