Janice has over 30 years of Human Resources experience in GE and Pepsi-Cola, and has focused her past several years on driving Agile transformations both as a business leader and as an advisor and coach. She is both a thinker and a doer - an innovator with strong strategic thinking skills and ability to execute. Janice has been described by colleagues as someone who ‘creates value by improving organizations and people’.  She leverages her expertise in change management and a systems approach to create new mindsets and behaviors in an organization to improve impact. Janice co-founded FastWorks, a pioneering effort of bringing agile ways of to an industrial company.

During her time at GE, Janice was the Chief Culture Officer, responsible for bringing new ways of working into this industrial company (agile @ scale) and co-founder of FastWorks, as well leader of Executive Development, responsible for global talent processes such as performance management (bringing a more frequent feedback approach) and succession planning process.  She was a leader of Executive education at GE Crotonville responsible for curriculum for top 5,000 leaders in GE. Reimagined Crotonville in support of 21st century leadership and was responsible for evolving GE's culture to adopt this leadership mindset and behaviors. She led the redesign of some of GE’s core HR processes and spent considerable time coaching executives and Sr leaders on evolving their abilities to lead businesses and talent in today’s complex and disruptive environments.

She has held numerous HR Business partner roles in both the US and Europe for businesses within GE Capital (Financial Services Division) including GE Equity, GE Aviation Services, GE Capital Solutions Europe and Pepsi-Cola.

Janice has been working with Sr Leadership in a variety of companies (auto manufacturer, Healthcare…) on navigating their agile transformations focusing on the leadership mindset and behavior changes necessary to support such a change.  In addition to her consulting practice she is a Sr Advisor with BCG in their People and Organization Practice.

Janice holds a BA in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and an MA in Organization Development from Columbia University.
